Last week was a week full of visits. We started with some students from different centers in the province of Girona (Salt and Vidreres) who were interested in seeing a place where they can end up working at the end of their career, as well as knowing a little more, and in a 100% practical way, how it works a Data Center. From daily management to being able to browse how the racks are distributed in the server rooms.
Towards the end of the week we had as guests the French public television channel, France 3. Specifically, the delegation from Occitania visited us to prepare a report on the Data Centers. Being an infrastructure reference in the northeast of Spain and the south of France puts us in a strategic situation for connections between the two countries, and they came to check it.
We are always open to educational visits and to anyone who requests an appointment with the necessary notice so that we can schedule it in our journals. For this reason, being participants and image of the report on the noise that can make a Data Processing Center (CPD) we like a lot and, in this case, as soon as they contacted us from the television channel we look for a space to carry out the recording.
