Roundcube is the Webmail access that we include free of charge with all the email services.
Thanks to Roundcube, you can access your email account from anywhere without installing or configuring email clients. You will only need a web browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox...) and internet access.
You can access the Webmail through your domain, host or Cloud IP:
If you have a Hosting plan or do not know any of the above details, you will find the access address in SW Panel. To do this, access the Dashboard of your service:
💡 Use the search engine at the top to quickly locate your service.
In the Dashboard, select Mail Management (left menu):
The email accounts registered in the current service appear listed. Keep in mind that the address of the Webmail is the same for all email accounts of the same domain.
In the list of email accounts, go to the menu Manage (right side) and press Mail account detail.
You will see on the screen the address of access to the Webmail as well as other useful parameters to configure the account in mail clients (like Outlook, Thunderbird ...):
Click on the URL and you will access Roundcube:
Enter your email address and password to log in. The inbox will appear directly:
New messages will appear automatically here. You can also click on Update to manually reload the inbox.
On the left side you will find your mail folders: Input, Drafts, Sent, SPAM and Trash. On the right side are listed the email messages that contain the folder in which you are. You'll also find the button bar just above.
You can customize and modify the Roundcube parameters from the Configuration section *(top right corner) *:

💡 To select several messages, press and hold the Ctrl key and click on the messages. If you hold down the Shift key, several messages will be selected at the same time.
