By scrolling down the Help & Support tab at the top right of your screen, you will find the help center.

Help dashboard
Here you have a summary of all the sections that you can find in the help center, grouped on the same page and separated by different blocks:
In the first block you can perform a quick search in the different manuals available. You can also see a summary of the last manuals viewed or the last searches performed.

In the following block you can see the available video tutorials and the last ones published.

You have another block with all the active manuals separated by categories.

Finally, you will also find a free support wall block where you can write the question you want to ask and start a conversation with support, as well as the last conversations started.

Manuals and tutorials
Here you can consult among multiple manuals from different sections that can guide you to the doubts that may arise. You also have a search engine to find the manual you need.

Video tutorials
We have video tutorials that make it easier to solve doubts and / or queries.

SWPanel training courses
In order to sign up for a training course you must have a Cloud with SWPanel server.
You can also hire any of these Clouds
These are non-classroom courses, which are conducted virtually using Zoom, where a trainer specialized in SWPanel and Internet services reviews and analyzes in detail all the options and possibilities that SWPanel offers to our customers.
These courses last between 2 and 3 hours and are conducted virtually through a computer.
To sign up, simply select the day of the calendar that has available places, check the checkbox below and press the button "enroll me now".
You must indicate the name and email address of the person who will attend the course.

The day before the training you will receive an email to the address indicated reminding you of the day and time of the course, as well as a URL to access the course through Zoom.
