Backup is an essential and necessary service for your server. To activate it you must follow the steps below:
Inside your SW Panel use the search engine to find your Cloud, in our case it is called manuals, yours will have a different name. Once you find it, select it.
💡 You can use the search engine at the top to find the server quickly.
Once in the Dashboard, click on Save and recover my data -> Backups -> Enable Backup. Alternatively, you can do it from the Available Enhancements block:
A new window opens where you will select the location and retention days of the backup:

Once you have selected the Backup days and their location, formalize the data:
Then you can define the Backup (directories or backups):
Once you have selected the hosts you want to backup, click Apply changes.
You can also define the Backup by directories:
When you have activated the backup, you will see that two new sections appear in Save and recover my data -> Backups, these are:Backup management and Modify backup, you will also see that the backup option has been checked:
From the "Backup management" section, you will be able to see different information regarding the backup:
You can also define (or modify) the Backup definition:
You will also be able to restore a Backup:
From the "Modify Backup" section, you will be able to change the location or the days of retention of the backup:
