In this manual we are going to guide you, step by step, so that you can restart your Cloud Server from the SW Panel.
First of all, you must go to the Dashboard of the SW Panel:
Using the upper search bar that you have in the SW Panel, search for the Cloud server to manage:
Once located in the Dashboard of the Cloud Server to be managed, you will see the following icons on the screen:
You must locate the server stop icon, among those that you will find in the top bar. This option will cause the Cloud Server to stop:
When you select the option Stop your Cloud Server, a window will appear, in which you must indicate what type of stop you want to perform:
Normal: It will initiate the normal stop sequence of the operating system of your Cloud Server.
Forced: Force stop your Cloud Server. This option is recommended for stopping Clouds Servers that are not responding or are blocked. Select the type of stop and agree to stop the Cloud through the "checkbox" located at the bottom:
Now you must wait for the stop to be carried out correctly:
Confirm that it has stopped correctly when you see the following window with information regarding the stoppage: "This Cloud server is stopped".
Once you have made sure that it has stopped completely, proceed to restart it. To do this, you must select the same icon that you selected previously (it is in the same location, but this time the icon looks different):
This window will appear, where you must accept start the Cloud. Select Start Now:
And now we will only have to wait for the start to be carried out correctly:
Once successfully started, the vCores usage data, RAM memory, HD space and other statistics related to the Cloud server will appear.
And with this, you will have already completed the restart of your Cloud Server.
