To transfer a domain from your SW Panel, you must first access your [private client area] (https://www.swpanel.com/login/login/index.asp), entering your username and password.
Once located in the Dashboard of your SWPanel, there are 2 different routes to do it:
I fit is "occupied", click "Transfer":
In the new window, you must find the domain you want and click "Transfer":
Once with the domain in the cart, you must enter the ** authcode ** of the domain. The authcode is the transfer code necessary to be able to transfer a domain from one provider to another. This code must be provided by the current provider of your domain.
All domains, except .ES require an authcode to be able to be transferred.
Remember that you must assign contacts to the domain in order to transfer it (explained below in the section "How to create a contact?"). You can also, if you want, activate its autorenewal
To finish, you must check the box of terms and conditions -> Accept domain cart
Once you have the domain in the shopping cart you must create the three types of contact that, by law, must be associated with a domain: owner, administrative and technical.
You must go to each of the cells and fill in the corresponding fields.
***> Remember that, if the domain is extension .es, both the administrative contact and the technical contact must be physical persons with their corresponding DNI/NIE. ***
You will receive an email, before the transfer is completed successfully, to the administrative contact of the domain you wish to transfer. This email is sent by the current domain registrar and serves to authorize or cancel the transfer.
This action must be done within the deadline established in the same mail. Normally it is 3 calendar days. If you do not respond before this period, the domain will not be transferred.
Example of transfer authorization mail:
Remember that this is a mail type, because the mail you will receive will be sent by your current registrar, and it will not be exactly this one.
When you have accepted the transfer, it will be completed within a maximum of 5 days unless the current provider denies the request.
Our system will notify you the completion of the transfer with an email:
When the transfer process has been completed, you will not be able to transfer the domain again to another registrar until 60 days have elapsed.
You will receive one last email, in accordance with the regulations of the international organization for ICANN domains, and as explained in the Whois Accuracy manual, with a link to verify your email address.
It is very important to take care of this email and validate this address within the established period of time (15 days); otherwise, the domain will be deactivated until it is verified.
