A Dashboard, in computing, is usually a control tool focused on monitoring operational variables. This means that it shows metrics that pertain to a certain area or specific activities.
The indicators that are shown in a Dashboard generally represent operational processes. For example, SW Panel will show the services you have contracted or the domains, among others. By being based solely on indicators that show the content you have in your portfolio, it offers a simple and quick view of your services.
It depends on the type of service you have contracted, you will see a different Dashboard. We will differentiate between two types: general dashboard if you have cloud, or general dashboard if you have hosting.
Above all, you can easily view the monitoring of your services or servers, carry out new hires or if you have contracted state-of-the-art security, the threats treated, etc. With the SW Panel Dashboard, your company will be able to recognize in real time the status of the activity that your services are performing, having complete and constant control and monitoring.
A series of links are shown that take you to different manuals on the basic and essential actions that you can do with your SW Panel.
This tab will show you information about the Clouds servers you have in your portfolio. If you don't have any, the window will give you the option to hire your first Cloud server.
Total Clouds: It indicates all the Clouds that you have in your portfolio.
Intelligent: Displays the Clouds with CaaS intelligence (integral solution that combines intelligent servers with a human administration that covers the configuration, monitoring, maintenance and support 24x7).
Running: Indicates the Clouds that are currently working.
Stopped: Shows the Clouds that are inoperative.
Parked: Shows you the clouds that are parked.
Warning: It shows you the Clouds with threat alerts.
Med. vCores usage: Shows you the average% of vCores usage of your Cloud servers in total.
Max. vCores usage: Shows the total maximum% of vCores usage.
Med. Memory usage: Indicates the% of average memory usage of Cloud servers.
Max. Memory usage: Shows the total maximum% of memory usage on your Cloud servers.
You will be able to observe information about your domains. If you still do not have one, it will give you the possibility to search and buy one.
In the portfolio: The domains you have in your portfolio will be indicated here.
To Renew: It will show the domains that you should renew in a short period of time.
Expired: It will show the domains whose renewal period has expired.
You have recently searched for domains: Indicates the last domains searched through the SW Panel.
The graph shows the threats for the year classified by whether they have been treated or not throughout all the months of the year.
Here you will be shown the SSL certificates that you currently have contracted, as well as the option to create new ones.
In the Portfolio: It shows you the number of certificates that you currently have.
For Renewal: Shows you the number of certificates you have pending renewal.
Expired: Shows you the number of certificates that have expired.
The line graph "Evolution of number of services" shows the contracted services by date.
The pie chart or by sectors shows the total sum of your Domain Hostings, types of Cloud servers, Housing, containers and registered domains accompanied by a legend.
The pie chart shows the threats received and what type of attack it was. You can select the threat to see more information about it.
This graph shows the threats received on a map and classifies them according to their place of origin and the percentage of attacks carried out from that place.
Finally, this tab will show you all the support requested from the beginning as a client until today, either via consultations to the support wall, system engineering tickets, security consulting tickets, scheduled actions carried out on your services, or calls made.
In the first section you will see a small summary of your section "Tree of active services", which shows your created hosting services that you currently have.
In this section you will see the number of domains you have in your portfolio, the domains that you already have in your portfolio pending renewal, and those that have already expired.
You can also view the last domains you have been searching for, and you can even search for new domains and add them to your shopping cart.
This section consists of two sections. In the first one, you can start a new consultation with support directly from your Dashboard instead of going to the support tab in the upper right corner.
The second section shows you the last query you have made to our support department along with the response received (if you have already received it). It also indicates the date and time when the query started, and you can make a new query in this same conversation thread.
