In this manual, we will show you the basics of your SW Panel. To access it, you must enter in the URL of your browser: www.swpanel.com and indicate your username and password.
Once inside, this is what you will see:
The SW Panel will vary depending on the type of services you hire (if you have Cloud servers, support, security, etc.). The example we see is the simple dashboard, but the most basic actions are performed in the same way regardless of the services you have.
In the main dashboard we can see, in a summarized way, the contracted services/domains, the queries made in the support wall, available certificates...
Without having to access any other section of the management panel, we can perform basic actions on them (as long as you do not use organizational containers): from here you will have the possibility to create another service quickly and easily, or manage available services (customize it, change service level, request cancellation, etc.). Also register or transfer domains, create new SSL certificates for them, see the last conversation on the support wall or create a new query:
If your payment method is "SW Panel credits”, you can also see the current balance available, and clicking on the same icon, add more money to your customer account:
To know in detail how the Dashboard works, you can consult this manual.
Through the blue left side menu, we can access the different sections that this control tool offers:
All my active services: List of all your available services. To the right of each of them, a [...] "Manage" button appears to perform basic actions on them:
Domains and Certificates: By displaying this option you can access your domain portfolio to view all available domains, register or transfer others, manage contacts, hostnames, activate surveillance of a specific domain, check your prices of domains or manage SSL certificates:
Listings: Here you can view the lists of email accounts, FTP accounts or databases. In this case, we only have email accounts:
If you wish to obtain more information, you can consult this manual.
SW Panel Queues: You can see the process or actions queue. If there is one that has been stopped or blocked, you can restart it from here:
From the top right of your SW Panel, by displaying the tab where your customer name is indicated, you can go to your customer dashboard, invoicing and balances, your commercial offers, reports and service certificates, users of your SW Panel, preferences, configuration of notification emails, historical SW Panel and logout:

Another important section in your SW Panel is the Support. Through this tab you can create queries through the free support, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can create tickets, both administrative and technical (in case to have contracted the global support with a package of minutes). Finally, you will have at your disposal, a knowledge base, where you will find manuals and tutorials that will guide you and help you to carry out any action through your management panel. If you do not have hired support, your support tab will look like this:
On the other hand, if you have the hired support, your support tab will look different. You will see the contracted minutes you have available to create engineering tickets or phone calls, and the option to add more minutes to your support package:
Finally, you will always have a quick button to create a simple and immediate service in your customer account:
