The purpose of improving your customer account is to ensure that you really are who you say you are, and ensure that the use you will make of all services that you contract with SW Hosting will be a legitimate use and according to the laws in force .
Improving the customer account offers several very interesting advantages, which are only intended for validated clients:
Unlimited services: You currently have a maximum limitation of 5 services.
Affiliate Network: You can request to be part of our Affiliate network and earn money for each client recommended by you who hires Services
Opening of mail ports for Cloud Servers: All shared hostings have outgoing mail enabled, but in Cloud servers, outgoing mail ports 25, 465 and 587 are closed to avoid misuse of our services .
Access your SW Panel: www.swpanel.com and display the upper right tab, where it indicates your name. Then click on: Improve your customer account
To finalize the request for account improvement, you must attach an identification document to us in order to validate your identity. You can attach your ID, your driving license or your passport. Next, you must accept the checkbox that appears, indicating your data and click on "Request account upgrade"
Once the request is sent, a message will appear on the screen confirming the shipment:
From the Administration Department they will validate your request and the acceptance or denial of it will be notified via email to the general contact address of your client file.
