Preferences of my SW Panel
You can define the preferences of the SW Panel by placing yourself over the name of your customer account, and in the pop-up menu you must choose the option Preferences of my SW Panel.

1. SW Panel language
In the language configuration section you can define what is the display language of your SW Panel.

2. Change the logo of your SW Panel
You can change the logo that appears in the side menu of your SW Panel, dragging an image over the area delimited by the dotted line.
The maximum logo size should be 300x60px for the displayed side menu or 40x60px for the logo, when the side menu is compacted.


3. Security Management on SW Panel
Defining passwords
SW Panel allows you to define various options for passwords, including:

Allow "copy and paste" in password fields - For security we recommend to´´´´ NOT ´´´´activate this option.
-
Allow passwords used on other accounts - If, for example, you have multiple email accounts with the same password, SW Panel will not let you set them for security.

Force a minimum character length of passwords - You can set passwords to have a minimum character length.
-
Force to respect minimums in the hardness of the passwords - You can set passwords to contain special characters, such as ".", ",", "{", etc.

Password Write Block Definition
In this section you can define if you want that from SW Panel you can generate passwords automatically or that it asks you to repeat the password when typing it.

Access control SW Panel
You can define security when entering your SW Panel. You can choose between:

Turn on two-factor authentication for SW Panel - If you activate double factor authentication to access SW Panel, once you have identified yourself, the system will ask you for a code to validate your identity.

Send validation code by email - Each time you log in, you must specify the code that will be sent to the email you have defined.

Select position of a coordinate card - You will be asked for a code that you will find in the coordinates of the client card that you must print from the corresponding section.

Google Authenticator - Install the Google Authenticator application on your mobile device. Once installed, open the app and scan the QR Code to activate Authenticator for SW Panel

Deactivate the change of password to access the SW Panel required - By default, SW Panel forces you to change the password every 90 days. Checking this option you will not be asked every 90 days to change the password to access your SW Panel.

Do not send an email notification of access to SW Panel - Every time we detect unauthorized access to your account, a notification email will be sent to you, unless you activate this option.
Access blocking
To make your SW Panel as secure as possible, if you have fixed IPs, you can block it so that it is only accessible through your IPs.
Use the box below to write the IPs, separated by "," commas. You can put as many IPs as you want. If you do not indicate any IP, the blocking of access by IPs to your SW panel is not activated.

Device or browser validation
This security option will allow you to generate a controlled access list of authorized devices or browsers for your SW Panel account. All those who are not authorized or validated will not be able to access SW Panel, even if they know the access credentials.
The validation process is very simple: the moment a new device is used to access your SW Panel account, you will receive an email to the account you have configured, with a 6-digit code that you must enter, only the first time , on that new device or browser.
You can also select the maximum number of devices that can be validated, through the following box:

Analysis of unusual access to SW Panel
Control of unusual access to SW Panel allows a history to be generated of all accesses to your SW Panel and automatically manage notifications or blockings of those accesses to SW Panel that are not considered common accesses.

4. Management of High Services
SW Panel allows defining the actions that it must perform during the process of creating/registering a service.
5. Actions on domain registration
You can choose several configuration options in relation to the purchase, renewal or search of domains:

Show domain finder in the top bar - Check this option if you want SW Panel to show you, in the upper bar of the menus, a search engine to perform domain registration/transfer actions. This option will not be available if you hide the top menu bar.

Show domain notification icon in renewal period - Check if you want an icon showing at the top of the SW Panel indicating the number of domains that are within the renewal period. This icon will allow you to open a list of these domains and renew them instantly.

Show notification icon of domains that are about to enter autorenewal - Check if you want an icon showing at the top of the SW Panel indicating the number of domains that are about to enter the autorenewal period. This icon will allow you to open a list of these domains and you can cancel the autorenewal before it is activated.

6. Management of SSL Certificates
You can choose different options on the management of SSL certificates:

Show notification icon for SSL Certificates in renewal period - Check if you want an icon showing at the top of the SW Panel indicating the number of SSL Certificates that are within the renewal period. This icon will allow you to open a list of said Certificates and renew them instantly.

Show notification icon of SSL Certificates in Self-renewal period - Check if you want an icon to be displayed at the top of the SW Panel indicating the number of SSL Certificates that are within the autorenewal period.

7. SW Panel logout control
You can choose the behavior that SW Panel will have when you log out.
You can choose the following options:

Notify the logouts/exits of your SW Panel - As a security measure for your data and services, SW Panel can notify you of all logouts / exits that are being carried out on your Panel, by email.

Destination URL in logout - You can choose a URL to be redirected to at the time of SW Panel logout.

8. SW Panel Color Management
From this tab you can customize different display aspects of your SW Panel. You can choose between 6 color profiles and a completely dark mode, which will reduce your eyestrain.

9. Dashboard display options
From this tab you can choose different aspects related to the display of the SW Panel:

List display
SW Panel allows defining the number of lines per page that the listings will have. You can raise or lower this number, so that in the sections where there is a list, fewer or more elements will be shown, depending on the number you have chosen.

Action queue window
The Action Queue window will show you, at the bottom right of the Dashboards, all the operations that SW Panel is doing in the background. You can choose to show, or not, this action queue:

Command and Control access bar for services

Bar display - By default, SWPanel displays the Command and Control Bar on the Dashboard of each service. You can disable the display of this access bar by marking the checkbox for this purpose.

Smart Bar Block - In the Command and Control access bar you can activate or deactivate the display of the Smart Block of the Bar, in addition to choosing whether you prefer the latest actions performed or the most common actions you perform on the service to be displayed

SW Panel Dashboard
From this section you can configure the options and appearance related to your SW Panel Dashboard, including:

Show SW Panel Dashboard Quick Guides bar - When entering the SW Panel or being in the Dashboard of a service, the guides corresponding to the use of SW Panel will be shown:

Include domain search engine in the domain portfolio block of your SW panel Dashboard - You can select whether the top search bar also searches your domains or not.

SW Panel Quick Guide Bar
You can activate or deactivate the guides for each of the following options:
- Quick guides in the service Dashboard
- Quick guides on the Mail Dashboard
- Quick guides on the FTP Dashboard
- Quick guides in the Dashboard of Databases
- Quick guides in the Dashboard of DNS Bases
- Quick guides in the permission section
- Quick guides on the Dashboard of Domains and SSL
- Quick guides in the Dashboard users of SW Panel
10. Side Menu Customization
You can modify different customization options from the left side menu, among which:

Adjusting the size of the side menu
Here you can define and adjust the size you want the side menu to have. You will be able to adjust the total size, the size of the icons and the font size.

Appearance and visualization
You can define whether the menu will always be open, show the icons or not, or the size from which this menu will be open.
