SW Hosting offers you a support department that will answer all your questions free of charge. In order to contact the support department, you must use the SWPanel tool.
How does the free support work?
The SWPanel tool has a section where you can contact the support department. Your queries and our answers are displayed in a "chat" format where each question has an answer. You will find this option quickly in the operator icon, located at the top right of your SWPanel.

How do I create a free support query?
To create a query, simply follow these 3 steps:
1. Type your query in the box provided for this purpose.
You must write your query, you will be offered all the possibilities and options of help that are related to your query according to the keywords.

2. Select from all the results shown by SWPanel the answer that best suits your needs.

3. If you do not find the answer to your question or doubt, at the bottom of the page you will find the option to post your question directly to the support wall.

A conversation will be opened directly with a SW Hosting support agent, who will look for the best way to help you and solve your doubts.
What is a free support conversation?
A conversation is a block in which all the questions and answers related to a topic you have opened are grouped together.
Whenever you want you can add a comment to a conversation or an additional question. As soon as you do so, this conversation will become more relevant and will be placed at the top of your free support tool and open for you to have immediate access to it.

What do the colors of the conversations mean?
The colors are used to identify the type of conversation and the status of the conversation.
Yellow conversation:
These are conversations that are not active, they are always collapsed and you must open them using the arrow at the top right to access their content.
White conversation:
This is the current conversation, the one that is active and is being processed. This conversation will always remain open until a new conversation is added or an old one is reopened.
The colors within the conversation indicate who has written this comment. The color blue will be applied for SW Hosting support operators and green for the comments you write.

How are the conversations sorted?
They are sorted by seniority, with the most recent being the most recent.
To sort a conversation, the date and time of the most recent comment is used.
Can I delete conversations or comments?
You can not delete conversations or comments, they are all saved as a history.
How long should I wait to receive a support response?
There is no stipulated maximum response time through the tool designed to offer you free support, the criteria of availability of support agents are applied. SW Hosting guarantees that all queries will be answered and will provide the necessary means to be answered in the shortest possible time.
Please note that the support wall is not a chat, so do not expect an immediate response to your question.
What level of support can I expect through free support?
The free support operators are trained to offer you level 1 support.
