- Help the customer in the solution of doubts and support in the technical consultations on the services
- Customer support for service extensions / upgrades

- Knowledge of 24x7 service jobs
- Basic knowledge of IIS / Apache
- Basic Hardware knowledge
- Fluent Catalan and Spanish, English also desirable.
- Basic technical knowledge
- Knowledge of the Office package

- Continuous training.
- Will become part of the HelpDesk team. Your tasks will be: customer call reception and problem resolution, customer incident resolution via ticketing system and email. Incident tracking, de-escalation and complaint management.
