Any malicious use of our platform, including but not limited to spamming and phishing, child abuse or infringement of intellectual property rights, can be reported via the following email address:

We take these notices very seriously and request that the information provided be appropriately detailed. All reports will be dealt with, but a response will only be given if additional information is required or at the request of an official authority.
The reports will be received by authorized personnel who will analyze them, verify them and carry out the actions that are deemed pertinent.
In addition, all our general service contracts include a PUA or Acceptable Use Policy that describes in detail the material and activities that are not permitted in connection with the Services offered by SW Hosting. It is understood as abuse, of any kind, the breach by the customer of the clauses specified in the PUA of the general service contract.
