What is the friend code?

The friend code is made up of 2 letters and 3 numbers, and is only acquired by our customers when they register and contract a service. Its main function is to share it with your friends, family, work colleagues, etc., whoever you want, and then give you free credit.

When the code is used, automatically, both of you, the person you have given the code to and yourself, receive €5 of credit in the panel.

How do I get this code and where is it?

This code, as we have said before, is available to our customers, which comply with these requirements:

  • Have a validated customer account
  • Have at least one paid hosting service
  • Work with the SWPanel credit payment method
If you are not a customer and you don't have a friend to share it with you, but you still want to have it, in order to enjoy hosting services, cloud, etc. and have free credit. Here we explain it step by step, or if not, you have this manual that also explains it and with clear images:
  1. Contract a paid hosting service, the one that best suits you
  2. Access the SWPanel
  3. From your SWPanel, validate your customer account*
  4. Once validated, go to the menu in the top right corner
  5. Unfold the menu, specifically where your icon/image is
  6. Click on the option where it says «Client Dashboard»
  7. Scroll down until you see «Referral and promotions». There you have the friend code
  8. Send/share the friend code to whomever you wish

* If you have difficulties in validating your customer account, here is a manual that explains it in detail.

However, if you are already one of our customers and you want to share this code to get the free credit, you just have to follow the steps above, but from step 4 onwards, and nothing more.

A friend shared this code with me, and now what?

All right, they shared the friend code with you, but you don't know how to get the 10€. Well, it's even easier, you just have to do and follow these requirements:

  1. Not a SW Hosting customer yet
  2. Contract the hosting service of your choice*
  3. Enter your friend code in the validation process
  4. That's it, you both automatically get 10€

* The only exception is free hosting, it has to be a paid hosting service. Moreover, it only applies if you contract a hosting service.

How many times can it be used?

This code can be used by as many people as you want. Literally, if you are motivated, you can give the code to all your family, friends, colleagues, neighbours, etc., but each person who has it can use it only once.
