In case of billing and administration queries, you can find the administration tickets in the same place as usual.

The first and quickest one is in the lower left corner of the screen, once you access SWPanel. There you will see the option "Quick Help". Click on it and you will be able to make your query instantly.

When you click on the option, you will be guided through a series of questions to understand in depth your doubt and the service you are referring to. In this way, it can provide you with the most accurate and appropriate answer. Once you have received your answer or report, you just need to follow the instructions provided.
This tool has been running for several months and we can assure you that in the vast majority of cases it provides successful solutions. However, you should be aware that the tool is designed to help you with technical doubts with the services you have with SW Hosting. It cannot perform analysis of other providers' services.
