How to manage the IPs of my Cloud
Add additional IPs to my Cloud
A Cloud, by default, is delivered with a public IP for your Internet connection. Once you have purchased a Cloud, you can customize it with different options, one of which is the provision of up to a maximum of 7 additional IPs.
These are the steps to personalize your Cloud with different additional IPs:
Access Cloud customization
First of all, you must access your SW Panel and, in the search window above, indicate the name of the Cloud service you want to configure. Once the service is located, you can click on its name to access its Dashboard.

Once located in the Cloud Dashboard, you must select the "Customize and adjust the resources and services of this Cloud".

Once located in the customization of your Cloud, in the section "Customize service resources", you can increase the "Public IPs" manually with the buttons [ + ] y [ - ] or using the slider.
Once personalized, press the "Next", button, located at the bottom of the page.

In this section, you should review the customization made, then you will find the option to plan when you want to apply the changes.
To finish, you must mark the checkbox "I accept the update / personalization of the service and the charge in my account of the costs that may be derived from this action. (*)". Once the box is checked, you must "Accept and formalize changes".

Manage additional IPs from my Cloud
First of all, you must access your SW Panel and, in the search window above, indicate the name of the Cloud service you want to configure. Once the service is located, you can click on its name to access its Dashboard.

Once located in the Dashboard of your Cloud, you must go to the menu located on the left side in blue and go to "Actions on this service", when clicking, a submenu will be displayed, click on "Manage IPs of the service".

In this section, you will find the different "IPs currently assigned to your Cloud".

To modify the PTR record of an IP, you must go to the right side where you will find the icon [ ··· ] and, when you hover over it, a menu will appear with different options. You must select "Modify the record PTR of this IP". When clicked, a window will open where you can define a name for the PTR record.

Remove additional IPs from my Cloud
First of all, you must access your SW Panel and, in the search window above indicate, the name of the Cloud service you want to configure. Once the service is located, you can click on its name to access its Dashboard.

Once located in the Dashboard of your Cloud, you must go to the menu located on the left side in blue and go to"Actions on this service" and, when clicking, a submenu will be displayed. Click on "Manage IPs of the service".

In this section, you will find the different "IPs currently assigned to your Cloud".

To delete an IP, you must go to the right side where you will find the [ ··· ], icon, when you hover over it, a menu will appear with different options. You must select "Delete fixed IPs assigned to the service", and when you click, a window will open where you can confirm its deletion.
