In order to carry out a complete migration from another Hosting to SWHosting, it is essential that port 3306, which corresponds to the MySQL database, is open. In the following manual, it will be shown how to open port 3306 in Plesk.
Once you have logged into Plesk, you should go to the main screen, by clicking on Websites and Domains, located in the menu on the left.
Now click on the web which you want to open port 3306 to perform a migration.
Once the menu for the selected website has been displayed, go to Databases.
From your website's database administration, click on the username of the database.
If you go to the bottom, you will find the "Access Control" options, where you must select Allow remote connections from any host and accept the changes.
Next, you must allow remote connections for hosting the database. To do this, go to Tools and Settings in the menu on the left of Plesk.
Click on Database servers, located in "Applications and databases".
Once on the database server, click Settings.
As you did in step number 5, you must select Allow remote connections from any host, in the default configuration for remote access of database users and, finally, accept.
To finish, from the Database Servers page (which can be reached by following steps 6 and 7), click on localhost of the server that contains the web database to to transfer.
Select the box to allow the local MySQL server to accept external connections and finally click on *accept.
Once these steps have been carried out, you will already have port 3306 of your server in your Plesk open to be able to carry out the migration of the database successfully.
