In your SW Panel you have all the contracts related to your services. You have the option to view them, print them or send them wherever you want, as well as disable the automatic renewal of your services.
Access your SW Panel by entering your username and password.
Click on "Services", located on the left side menu in blue, and select the service you want:
Once inside the selected service, you must click on the option "Service Documentation" -> Contract and billing mode
First, you will see the option to disable the automatic renewal of the service.
By default, when you hire a hosting service, which is invoiced annually, the self-renewal is activated, so when it reaches the end of the contracted period, it is automatically renewed, without you having to take any action . In reference to the Clouds, which are billed for hours, the deactivation of the self-renewal is not necessary, because you cancel the service when you want, without permanence. The only thing you have to take into account is that when the service is removed, an invoice is generated of the resources consumed from the last invoice issued until the day of the withdrawal.
To deactivate it, you only have to click on the button that appears inside the green box that indicates "Automatic renewal of the service at the end of the contract":
From the icons that you will see in the upper right, you will have the option to save the contract in pdf format (document icon)
