An email alias is an email account that redirects all the messages it receives to any other account. An alias can have one or more recipients. The mail alias does not occupy space since it does not store the mail; it simply resends it to another/s.
Email lists is a tool that allows you to send an email to multiple users simultaneously.
When you send a message to the address of the list, it will reach the address of all the email accounts registered in it. These lists are called Distribution Lists.
These lists should not be confused with White Lists or Black Lists, which allow you to ensure or block respectively the reception of emails.

First, you must find the service in which you want to create the new email account. To do this, you can select the services tree, located in the blue menu on the left of your screen, and select the service in which you want to create your new email account.
Once the service has been selected, you should go to the blue menu on the left and select "Mail Management".
Once in the mail management menu of your service, you must click on the blue "Create Account" button, located in the upper right part of the tab.
In this section, you must indicate the name of the account and the password that you will use to access it. You will also have other options such as limiting the maximum size of your mailbox, indicating a mail account so that everything that arrives will be diverted to that account and also the possibility of adding an automatic response for all received messages.
You must take into account the hardness of the password. At SW Hosting, we take the security of your data very seriously. That is why we force you to put a password considered "safe". In the password field, you will see some instructions with the minimum and necessary requirements to ensure the security of your account.
Remember that you must accept with the button "create account" to finish the process of creation of the mail account.
In the mail management menu of your service, select the "Mail alias" section and click on the blue "Create Alias" button, located in the upper right.
In this section, you must enter the name of the Alias account and to whom you want the mail to be redirected.

Once in the mail management menu of your service, select the section "Distribution lists" and click on the blue "Create List" button, located in the top right.
In this section, you can choose the emails or recipients that you want to add to the list as well as the user who will manage the list.

In this section you can modify the password, limit the associated space, manage the aliases... in short, everything associated with the email account.

In this section, you will be able to see all the details of your account: information about the use of space, parameters for the configuration of your account and link to Webmail, among others.

In this option, you will see all the aliases associated with this account.
Open Post-It Notes
In the Post-It Notes you can write down any observation regarding the email account.

With this option, the account will be deleted.
Remember that this process will erase your email account and all your messages so that there will be no possibility of recovering the data later, so download the emails in your email manager before deleting it if you wish to keep some or all of the messages.
Activate Login SW Panel for this account
With this option, you can create a SW Panel access profile that will only have the possibility of managing and modifying the details of this account, except for the space limitation of the email mailbox.
Update occupied space of this account
This option is useful to see in real time the occupied space of the email account.
With Antispam and Antivirus enabled, you can improve the level of security in your email account.
Our Antispam system, automatically detects the senders of electronic mail with possibility or suspicion of massive sending of content or with suspicious content (spam) and blocks said incoming emails.
On the other hand, our Antivirus system analyzes and detects threats in incoming emails that may contain malicious files and blocks them directly to avoid possible infections in your devices.
