Create Organizational Container

An Organizational Container allows you to group your services according to the criteria that you consider convenient. It comes to be like a folder; you can create several Organizational Containers and include your services in them in order to maintain a better internal organization.

Services without Organizational Containers:

To create an Organizational Container, click on Create a Service (upper right corner):

Then select Containers:

Select Organizational:

Click on Organizational Container:

In the left list, mark those services that you want to include in an Organizational Container and press Next:

Then fill in the required information and press Next:

Finally, review the data that appears on the screen and click Create New Container:

Ready! Your services have been included in the new Organizational Container.

Access SW Panel > Services (left menu) to check it.

Modify Organizational Container

Add service

Access SW Panel > Services (left menu) and locate the Organizational Container in which you want to add a new service:

Press the drop-down ··· (right menu) > Modify this Container.

Next, select the boxes of the services that you want to add to the Organizational Container, click on Next and press Modify Container.

Remove service

Access SW Panel > Services (left menu) and locate the service you want to remove from the Organizational Container:

Press the drop-down ··· (right menu) > Remove this Container Service.

Then check the box as you agree to remove the current container service and press Remove now.

Rename

Access SW Panel > Services (left menu) and locate the Organizational Container you wish to rename:

Press the drop-down ··· (right menu) > Rename.

Enter the new nickname and press Insert/modify.

Remove Organizational Container

First, you must remove all associated services from the Organizational Container (see the section "Remove service" in the previous section).

Next, access SW Panel > Services (left menu) and locate the Organizational Container you wish to remove:

Press Manage (right menu) > Request the Container cancellation.

Finally, select when to make the cancellation effective, check the conditions, check the box as you accept and press Request service cancellation
