This type of access creates a user with root privileges (with some limitations) by console or SSH. With this CHRoot user you can carry out actions such as a manual migration directly in the service or manage the folders and directories on the web by console. One action you can carry out is, for example, unzip a .zip file from a website previously uploaded by FTP.
To activate access, we will first go to the Dashboard of the service. In the upper search bar of your SWPanel, search for the name of the corresponding service and access it by clicking on its name:
From the Dashboard of the service look, in "Available improvements", the option "Access SSH / CHRoot":
It will ask you to enter a secure password for access, you can enter one manually or press the button to generate automatic password. We are going to press the auto-generate password button. Once entered, click on "Yes, activate":

We can change the access code again by clicking on the padlock button:
