The purpose of upgrading your customer account is to ensure that you really are who you say you are and to guarantee that the use you are going to make of all the services you contract with SW Hosting, will be a legitimate use and according to the laws in force.
Improving the client account offers different very interesting advantages, which are thought only for validated clients:
Unlimited services: Currently you have a limitation of 5 services maximum.
Affiliate Network: You can apply to be part of our Affiliate Network and earn money for each customer recommended by you, who contracts services.
Opening of mail ports for Cloud Servers: All shared hostings have outgoing mail enabled but, in Cloud servers, outgoing mail ports 25, 465 and 587 are closed to avoid misuse of our services.
Log in to your SWPanel: www.swpanel.com and scroll down to the top right tab where your name appears. Then click on: Upgrade your customer account.
To complete the application you will need to attach an identification document to validate your identity. You can attach your ID card, your driver's license or your passport. Then, you must accept the checkbox that appears, indicating your data and click on "Request account upgrade".
Once the request has been sent, a message will appear on the screen confirming that the request has been sent. The Administration Department will validate your request and you will be notified via e-mail, to the general contact address on your customer file, if your request is accepted or denied.
