You should know that to activate this service in a specific domain, you must first activate it on the main server. Go to www.swpanel.com and click on the "Active Services Tree" tab, which appears in the blue left side menu, and then select the desired Cloud server:
Once inside your Cloud server, you have two routes:
Now that you are inside the "customize" section, you must scroll until you find the option: Customize installed software or services -> Email services -> Antivirus services for email, and click on "next":
Then, you must accept the costs derived from the extra contract, enter the required data (name and NIF) and Accept and make changes:
Once activated the Antivirus service in the main Cloud Server, we will proceed to activate it within a hosting service hosted in this same Cloud. You can read this manual:
Remember that this process must be repeated with each of the services that hang from the main Cloud server that you want to have activated the Antivirus service.
To disable the Antivirus analysis of a hosting service hosted on Cloud, you must go to the specific service (within the Dashboard -> Services) and click again the same icon from the "complements" section that you used to activate it:
To disable the Antivirus scan of the main Cloud server (so the service will be deactivated for all the services that hang from it and have it activated) you must select the Cloud server -> Customize -> Deactivate Antivirus services for email and click on next
You will have to go back to "Accept and make changes" and the Antivirus scan will have been deactivated.
