Housing management from SWPanel

In this manual you will learn how to manage the users and accesses to your housing.

Users with access to Housing

First, we are going to create a Housing user. To do this, go to "Help Center"> "Authorized Personnel":

This section shows all current users with access to the Housing:

To create a new user, click on "Register Authorized Person":

The user creation wizard will open. The first section corresponds to the "Authorized Person Data", where you must fill in all user data as a mandatory field:

In the second tab "Access Permissions", you can customize the months, days of the week and access hours as well as choose if you can enter or withdraw material:

Finally, click on "Create new Authorized Person". When the process is finished, the new user will appear in "Authorized Personnel":

Create a new authorized access

To create a new access, you must first access the Dashboard of your Housing and from there access to create a new access. For it:

From the main Dashboard of your SWPanel, access the Service Tree:

Find your Housing and click on it to access the Service Dashboard:

Once inside the Dashboard, in the side menu click on "Access to the Data Center"> "Request Access to the Data Center":

Select a day and time of access:

A new section will open "Authorize Person". From here we can select the user that we just created, or any other that we have already created. You can select one or more users. Keep in mind that all people who come to the Data Center must be authorized, or they will not be able to enter. Once you have selected the user or users, click on "Request Access now":

Access calendar

To manage and control scheduled accesses to the Data Center, go to "Help Center" > "Access Calendar":

The first view you will see is the current day. By clicking on the calendar days you will be able to view the rest of the days in calendar mode:

You can also switch to "List mode" to see all accesses at once:

Delete an access

Sometimes we can make a mistake and program a wrong access. To remove it, follow these steps:

From the "List mode" in the access calendar, open the drop-down menu [...] to the right of the access you wish to delete and click on "Delete this request":

You will have to confirm the removal of access two more times:
