Domain errors
If your domain shows some type of error, it will be due to some failure in the domain processes (registration, transfer, expiration ...). Here are some of the most common mistakes:
Canceled by Timeout
In the process of transfer, it has not been accepted (via confirmation mail to the administrative contact of the domain) and has failed by the end of the duration of the transfer of the domain.
You must restart the transfer process.

Invalid authorization information / Authorization error
The authorization code for the transfer of domains, also called 'Authcode', is wrong.
Contact the registrar where the domain is currently located so they can give you a new one.
xml Error: Missing Data
This usually happens in domains .ES: Missing data in the domain. The administrative and/or technical contact is not a natural person.
Check the contacts assigned to the domain, since you may not have any assigned. Administrative and technical contact in .ES domains must be a natural person as legal form and their identity document.
Required parameter missing
Data is missing to carry out the transfer process.
Check the data you have indicated to make the transfer. Normally, when this error occurs, the authcode of the domain must be indicated.
Required parameter missing: ns
There is no essential parameter to operate.
Check the DNS data of the domain: if you have assigned or if they are correct.
clientCancelled
Cancellation by the client.
The client has canceled the domain process (transfer)
An EXCEPTION happened! Can not get info from whois.internic.net
An error has occurred and there is no information.
It is a temporary error, it must be manually restarted.

Object status prohibits operation
The status of the domain prohibits the action (usually the transfer).
The domain is blocked: unlock it from the 'Manage' drop-down of the domain -> Unlock domain
If it is not blocked, contact Free Support
The domain has been registered for less than 60 days
Object is not eligible for transfer
The domain has been registered for less than 60 days and even if it is not blocked, it has these 60 days of permanence.
Missing administrative contact
The contact is missing Create a contact form and assign it. If you already have a tab created, assign it.
- Create contact form: Domains -> 'Manage' of the domain -> Data Contact Administrative -> Change contact -> 'Create administrative contact'
- Assign contact form: Domains -> 'Manage' domain -> Data Contact Administrative -> Change contact -> 'Assign'

.ES domains of the type .org.es or .edu.es require sending documentation to ESNIC. If it has not been sent, the process has failed.

Wrong authcode.
Contact the registrar where the domain is currently located so they can give you a new one.

Process canceled.
Object does not exist
Any of the parameters is not correct. For example, the indicated DNS does not exist.
Check the configuration of your domain.
Technical contact is missing
Technical contact is missing
Create a new contact form, or assign a created one.
Domain name is reserved by the registry
The domain is reserved. It means that the entity that registers the extension of the domain maintains the name that you wanted to register, reserved.
You must cancel the registration, processing the payment of the registration fee and you can proceed to register a new domain. Within this manual, look for the section "How to register a domain in SW Hosting?"
Canceled by contact
The process has been canceled by the administrative contact of the domain
Application denied
The domain is reserved. It means that the registrar of the domain extension keeps the name that you wanted to register, reserved.
You must cancel the registration, processing the payment of the registration fee and you can proceed to register a new domain:
Domains -> bar 'www' -> enter the new domain -> Search -> Register -> end payment gateway
Object exists
Domain occupied: not available. The domain already exists and it is busy. You must register a new domain.

Parameter value range error
Some of the parameters are not within the correct values. For example: renew the domain 15 years (maximum 10).
Check the configuration of your domain.
Error: Contact with company nif defined as a physical person** **xml error: 2306 - The PCA must be a natural person
The NIF of the company and having a legal 'natural person' is not correct.
Modify these parameters to be NIF, legal form 'society' or 'identity document' and 'natural person'.
Domain in redemption period
The expired domain is in the last phase of expiration of the domain in which the domain can be recovered before it is deleted and is free.
