Functions
- First level 24x7 support

- Second level 24x7 support
.
- Management of own and third party systems
.
- Resolution of incidents and typified service requests.
- Monthly audits and updates
.
- Communication to the client of the resolution of queries, incidents and service requests.
- Incident detection (monitoring)
.
- Execution of internal and customer procedures on demand.
- Creation and maintenance of SW Hosting's own documentation, SW Panel, available to the client and other users of the company.
- Daily monitoring of previous manual or automatic actions in search of errors or possible errors in order to continuously improve the operation.
Requirements
- Knowledge of 24x7 service work

- Basic knowledge of IIS / Apache
.
- Basic Hardware knowledge
.
- Basic knowledge at technical level
.
- Knowledge of the operation of the different tools necessary for the provision of the service
.
- Fluent Catalan and Spanish
.
Desirable
- Engineering or intermediate degree in computer science / telecommunications
.
- ITIL Certification
.
- Initiation or specialization courses in database systems such as Microsoft MsSQL Engineering, Oracle Certified Expert, LPIC
.
- Initiation or specialization courses in caching systems, such as Memcached, Varnish
.
- 1 year in a similar position
