Support Area
Professionals eager to work in a competitive technical environment, highly motivated, with experience in support, systems management or HelpDesk, good communicators, with ease of teamwork and with great ability and desire to learn.
They will join the Support and Customer Service Area. Main functions:
- Customer support in service migrations

- Assists in the deployment of services
.
- Help diagnose problems with the customer, detect the cause and solve the problem
.
- Help customer with the use of SW Hosting services and tools
.
- Help the customer in solving doubts and support in technical queries about the services
.
Functions
- First level 24x7 support
.
- Management of own and third party systems
.
- Resolution of incidents and typified service requests.
- Monthly audits and updates
.
- Communication to the client of the resolution of queries, incidents and service requests.
- Incident detection (monitoring)
.
- Execution of internal and customer procedures on demand.
- Creation and maintenance of SW Hosting's own documentation, SW Panel, available to the client and other users of the company.
- Daily monitoring of previous manual or automatic actions in search of errors or possible errors in order to continuously improve the operation.
Requirements
- Preferably from Girona or surroundings
.
- Experience in configuration, diagnosis and configuration of servers, hardware level
.
- Experience in the management of critical and high availability systems, based on Linux, Windows, Citrix
environments.
- Knowledge of networks, configuration, management, administration and deployment
.
- Spanish, Catalan and English fluent, both written and spoken. English First Certificate level, Català Level C or higher
