Activate and deactivate the Antispam service in a Hosting

Procedure

  1. Access your customer panel: www.swpanel.com

  2. Next, proceed to look for your Hosting service.

    💡 Remember that you can use the search engine to quickly find the service in question.

  3. Once you have located in the Dashboard of the service in which you want to activate the antispam service, you must locate the icon that allows the activation of the service. The icon has the following form:

    ❕ Keep in mind that, to activate the AntiSpam service in the selected domain, an email account is required, which must be a container for messages captured by the server. This new email account works as a container for those messages that are potentially considered as Spam.

    These captured messages will be forwarded, in our case, to the account spam@manuales.com*.

  4. You must indicate a password for this account, which you can generate with the wand that appears to the right of the space where you enter the password.

    💡 The system informs you of the price to pay and the balance available in the panel at that time. You must accept the activation of the Antispam service, enter the required data (name and NIF) and click on "Activate Antispam service".

  5. Finally, you will see that an extra email account has been created for you and you will see that the icon of the anti-spam service has changed:

Deactivate Antispam service

  1. To deactivate Antispam filtering, simply click on the same envelope icon that appears at the top right of your screen, in the "add-ons" section, the same one you select to activate the service:

  2. You must accept the deactivation and click Deactivate Antispam service:
