You can consult the history of actions performed, emails and direct messages from your SW Panel by locating yourself on the name of your client account (upper right area), and in the pop-up menu by selecting the SW Panel History option.
In this section the history of actions made in SW Panel is recorded, notifications by email (including those generated by a management made in the panel), as well as direct messages issued by SW Hosting.
In order to simplify the query of the history, in each section we have a search field with which to filter by content, filters by date, as well as the possibility of ordering the results by clicking on any of the columns.
In the history of actions are recorded the steps taken through SW Panel such as the creation of services, registration of domains, password changes, among others.
Also, by clicking on each record we can consult details such as the date and time of the action, connection IP, user, among other details depending on the action.
In this section we find compiled the notifications by electronic mail that generate the actions carried out in SW Panel (hiring of services, request of reports ...), as well as other communications for the provision of the service.
The notifications are divided into four types depending on the content:
General: Addressed to the contact designated as Representative, are those related to the creation of services, access to the SW Panel, renewal of contracted services, etc.
Techniques: Directed to the technical contact, are those related to the alerts of use of resources, technical tickets, warnings of monitoring systems, etc.
Administrative: Resolutions related to the modification of the NIF/CIF, administrative tickets, etc.
Billing: Issuance of invoices, payments, collections, etc.
We can read any notification by clicking on it.
If the notification contains sensitive data or information of a confidential nature, for security reasons and in application of ISO 27001, the content will not be displayed:
SW Hosting will send you direct messages periodically in order to keep you informed of maintenance actions, new functions of the SW Panel or products, among other information of interest.
Messages with special relevance will open directly on screen when you connect to SW Panel.
